Under high ground pressure conditions, the release of ground stress is irresistible, and the pressure increase rate of prestressed anchor rods and anchor cables significantly accelerates. To achieve controlled release of ground stress and controlled pressure relief of anchor rods and anchor cables, our company has designed a series of new pressure relief components, which can be used for pressure relief support in high ground stress roadways. The deformation under pressure and the tonnage under pressure can be designed and adjusted according to the ground pressure conditions.
Anchor rods are divided into two specifications for compression tubes:
(1) For anchor rods with a diameter of Φ20mm or less, the pressure tonnage should be 10 to 12 tons.
(2) For anchor rods with a diameter of Φ20mm or more (including 20mm), the bearing capacity is 12 to 5 tons.
The anchor cable should be divided into two specifications for the pressure pipe:
For anchor cables with a diameter of Φ19mm (inclusive) or less, the allowable bearing tonnage is 18 to 20 tons.
(2) The bearing capacity of anchor cables with a diameter of Φ19mm or more (excluding 19mm) is 26 to 30 tons.
The double-starting point anti-impact component has two starting points in the force-bearing stage. The small starting point responds quickly to load changes, enabling the anchor bolt body to effectively resist the effect of impact loads. This type of anti-impact component has a large total deformation and is suitable for mining areas with a tendency to impact. It has a significant effect on improving the support effect and preventing anchor rods from being damaged by impact.
